Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't my territory show up?

Territory detection requires location access. Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, find the app, and set it to "While Using." If you're near a territory boundary, try moving to a more central location within the region.

My purchase isn't showing up

Tap the restore purchases button on the paywall screen. If that doesn't resolve it, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple ID (no password ever needed) and we'll sort it out.

How do I restore on a new device?

All purchases are tied to your Apple ID through StoreKit 2. On your new device, open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" — your unlocks will come back automatically.

The app crashes or won't open

Try a full restart of your device first. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app (your purchases restore via your Apple ID). Email us if you're still seeing issues — include your iPhone model and iOS version.

How do check-ins and saved places work?

Check-ins and saved spots are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and sync to your personal iCloud. We never see your data — it lives entirely in your Apple ecosystem.

Can I request a restaurant or region?

Yes! We love recommendations from locals. Email us with the place name, city, and what makes it worth a visit. Territory expansion requests are also welcome.
